• Adding an animal to cart or sending an inquiry does not automatically reserve the animal.
• Final availability must be confirmed by our team through call, WhatsApp, or farm visit.
• Photos, videos, breed names, size, and weight details are shared for guidance only.
• The actual animal should be physically checked or confirmed through latest video before final booking.

Prices may vary depending on animal type, breed, size, weight, quality, season demand, and current availability.

• Website prices, if shown, may be estimated or subject to confirmation.
• Final price is confirmed directly with the farm team.
• Booking may require advance payment depending on the selected animal and season.
• Any payment terms must be clearly agreed before booking confirmation.

Cancellation, exchange, or refund requests depend on the booking status, selected animal, advance payment terms, and timing of the request.

• Once an animal is reserved, cancellation may not always be possible.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable if the animal was held for the customer.
• Any exchange request must be discussed and approved by the farm team.
• Refund or adjustment decisions are handled case by case.
